2) Unplug the black cap of the valve(do not use too much force to the transparent part around of the balloon, in case it tear).
3) With one electric pump to inflate balloon about 2-4 minutes then remove the nozzle and completely seal the air valve, you'll get a beautiful half hot air balloon.
