Attention:

6) The balloon only can inflated normal air, CAN'T inflate helium(Balloon won't fly up even though you fill in helium, as balloon size is too small, internal helium capacity will not enough to support balloon fly).

How to blow up a balloon:

1) Find air valve on the balloon.

2) Unplug the black cap of the valve(do not use too much force to the transparent part around of the balloon, in case it tear).

3) With one electric pump(600W) to inflate balloon about 2-3 minutes then remove the nozzle and completely seal the air valve, you'll get a beautiful half hot air balloon.
